This website is operated by Wings and Nomads. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wings and Nomads. Wings and nomads offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting and using our site and/or purchasing something form us, you engage in our “service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Acceptance of these terms
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Website and Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Website and Services.
Right of withdrawal
Customer has the right to cancel the agreement without stating reasons during 14 days (law of 14 July 1991), not for sale products. This term commences at the time at which customer has received the entire order from Wings and Nomads.
Returns are accepted only if they meet the following conditions:
- The consignment should be appropriately postaged and should contain a label with your return address.
- The items must be sent back in the original packaging. The packaging should be complete and intact.
- Articles must be undamaged and show no signs of being used. All articles will be thoroughly inspected when we receive them.
The refund will include the purchase price, not the shipping costs. You will receive the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned items. It is also possible to choose another item on our webshop of the same value as the returned item or a gift card for the amount of the purchase price instead of the refund. Additional shipping costs for returning the item to the vendor are for your account.
Import taxes
Customs duties may apply! Further information please read below.
All orders are being shipped from our warehouse in Belgium. Therefore please be aware your country or national postal service may charge an additional customs duty, import tax or handling fee.
Wings and Nomads is not responsible for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT), import consumption tax or handling charged to you by your country or postal service. If problems occur please contact your local post office or customs.
Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to Wings and Nomads in order to receive a refund. Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been well received at Wings and Nomads.
