If you are not fully convinced of your order, you can exchange it or return it by taking the following steps:
- Please notify us by sending an email within 14 days after the day of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org and clearly mention your order number, name, product details and reason for return/exchange.
Once you received a confirmation mail of Wings and Nomads, you can send your order back to us, at your own expense.
For a size change you can send your order back to us at your own expense and we will send you the new size free of charge.
- Please make sure to print out the confirmation email and put this in your parcel, so we can keep track of what we receive.
- Your original shipping cost are not refundable. (Unless it concerns a faulty item.)
- Item(s) must be returned in the original box. Item(s) must be unwashed, unworn and with the original tags attached. Please ladies be careful with make up stains. Item(s) that contain stains (dirty), cannot be returned/refunded.
- In case of loss, it’s up to the customer to prove that the package was sent back to us.
- Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by the customer with the shipping company. We are not responsible for lost returned packages.
After your return shipment has been delivered, we verify the returned products. We will refund the purchase amount as quick as possible via your original payment method. It can take up to 14 days before your refund is fully processed.
